Sets vector values (integer).

public TVec SetInteger(bool AComplex, [In] int[] A);
Remarks

Sets the Length property of the calling vector to (High(A)+1) and the TMtxVec.ComplexComplexproperty to AComplex. The integer elements of A array are copied to the calling vector. If AComplex is True then real parts of complex numbers are on even (0,2,4..)and imaginary parts on odd indexes.(1,3,5,..). 

Note Use this method for integer array only.
